On September 11, as a cozy gathering for our VIP customers of stainless steel kitchen cabinet, Fadior’s "Joyful Life, Lovely Home" Mid-Autumn Festival VIP hand-made private banquet was held in the exhibition hall of headquarter showroom.

More than 10 guests took part in this hand-made activity with their relatives, friends and family members to experience the handmade Chinese traditional dessert - Egg Yolk Crisp.

Our staff carefully prepared in advance the raw materials for making egg yolk crisps, such as salted duck eggs, gluten, sugar, and butter. A professional pastry maker from Teka Appliance, a high-end European built-in kitchen appliance brand, explained the essentials and skills of making egg yolk crisps.

Afterwards, the guests and children on the scene could not wait to start the hand-make experience, kneading the dough, rolling the skin, wrapping the stuffing. Seeing the small and exquisite egg yolk cake forming in his hand, the sense of accomplishment bursts instantly.

After 30 minutes of baking, the egg yolks are cooked, and the whole exhibition hall is filled with attractive pastry aromas. The freshly baked egg yolk crisp has a crispy and fragrant outer skin and a pleasant color.

With a bite, the skin is crispy and the filling is soft, the duck egg yolk is salty and crispy, the red bean filling is soft and waxy, the taste is distinct, after tasting, the feeling is still unforgettable, and the mouth is filled with fragrance.

Every guest who participated in the production happily showed off their proud work. As for the egg yolk cakes, they are also used as trophies, which are brought home by everyone and shared with their families.

The egg yolk pastry made by the pastry chef is packaged one by one after being air-cooled, and will be given as a Mid-Autumn Festival gift to customers who have not been there.
