Step 1: Initial Quotation:
Send us your kitchen size or kitchen cabinet drawings, the sales team will prepare an initial layout and offer a preliminary quotation.

Step 2: Presentation to Customer
Present the rough layout and quotation to the customer to confirm their purchasing intent
Step 3: Confirm Purchase Intent:
Once the purchasing intent is confirmed, a 30% deposit is collected, and the project is officially launched. A service team is formed, including a business officer, designer, 3D rendering specialist, and project supervisor.
Step 4: Design and Measurement:
The designer will guide the customer remotely to take accurate measurements and gather size data. The layout is refined, including plumbing and electrical plans, as well as 3D renderings. The sales team prepares a detailed quotation.
Step 5: Final Approval
Present the finalized design and quotation to the customer. If there are no further adjustments, the contract is signed, and the remaining 50% payment is collected. The production schedule is confirmed (50 days for kitchen cabinets, 70 days for the entire home).
Step 6: Production Progress Updates:
Regular updates are provided to the customer, including quality inspection photos and videos, as well as packaging information (quantity, volume, weight).
Step 7: Final Payment and Shipping Arrangements:
Once the remaining payment is received, shipping arrangements are made. The customer can either arrange their own shipping or request us to handle it for an additional fee.
Step 8: Offer installation guidance and lifetime technical support after sales.
